• Building information modeling (BIM) — BIM 3-D modeling helps you see your project before construction begins. ICI uses the technology to provide virtual walkthroughs and schedule visualization for our clients. • Manway Door Hoist - Through coordination between our engineering affiliate PCI and our Metal Fabrication division, ICI designed, fabricated and ultimately delivered a solution for safely remove Manway Doors from large furnaces.  Click here to view our hoist video

• Prefabrication — We connect the 3-D models of your project to our state-of-the-art prefabrication software and machinery. The end result is sheet metal and structural fabrication exactly as planned.
